Supportive Homecare Options, Inc. (SHO) provides in-home supportive and homemaking services to Family Care members needing assistance with their personal care and activities of daily living. We work to assist frail elders and adults with disability in remaining safe and independent in their own home.

SHO’s office is moving:

SHO will open at our new location on Monday 6/12/23 at 7425 Harwood Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI 53213 (this is the same building where many have attended classes/orientation).

• If visiting the office, you must call ahead (414-475-5356) to schedule an appointment.

• You may not park in the lot behind the 7425 Harwood Avenue; unauthorized vehicles in the lot will be ticketed and towed.

• You may park in 7413 Harwood Avenue lot (near the building). See the red pin on the map below for “7413 Harwood.”

• The yellow mail box will move to the parking lot in 7413 Harwood Avenue; we will post signs when the box is moved.
